Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using rapidsms ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Permitted use
The Service is intended for legitimate one-time verification needs: account creation, two-factor authentication, and verification testing. You agree not to use it for fraud, impersonation, harassment, account takeover, or any unlawful activity.
3. Payments and refunds
Wallet credits are non-refundable once added except via automatic refund for failed verifications (when no code arrives during the verification window). Completed verifications and rental purchases are non-refundable.
4. Numbers
Numbers assigned through the Service are leased from upstream carriers. We do not guarantee any specific number, area code, or carrier. Numbers may not be ported, resold, or used for outbound communications.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that codes will arrive, that any service will accept our numbers, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
6. Liability cap
Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is engaged in fraud or abuse. Remaining wallet balance for terminated accounts is forfeit.
