Getting started

How do I get a number?+

Sign up with email, top up your wallet (Stripe or crypto), pick a service, click Get Number. We assign a fresh U.S. non-VoIP number in under 10 seconds.

Do I need to verify my identity?+

No. We don't ask for ID, address, or phone number. An email is the only thing we need.

What countries are supported for payment?+

Card payments via Stripe work in 40+ countries. Crypto payments via Plisio work everywhere with no geographic restrictions.

Numbers & SMS

Are numbers VoIP?+

No. All numbers are real U.S. non-VoIP lines, which means they're accepted by every service that blocks VoIP numbers (which is most of them).

Are numbers reused?+

Each verification gets a unique number. After your session, numbers go through a cooldown period before reentering the pool — we never assign a hot number to two customers.

How fast does SMS arrive?+

Codes typically arrive within 30-90 seconds of the service sending them. If nothing comes within the verification window (usually 10 minutes), you get an automatic refund.

Can I receive multiple codes on one number?+

On a single-shot verification, you receive one code per purchase. On a rental, you receive unlimited codes for the whole rental window.

Pricing & refunds

How much does it cost?+

Single SMS verifications start at $0.70 for common services; premium services like WhatsApp, dating, and crypto sit in the $1.40–$2.10 range. Voice OTP from $0.90. Rentals from $2.60 (1 day) up to $50.40 for a full year. Exact price for every service is quoted live from our provider before you confirm.

What if the code never arrives?+

You're refunded automatically. We watch the verification state — if it times out or comes back empty, your wallet is credited back within minutes, no ticket needed.

Can I get a refund on a completed verification?+

If the code arrived but didn't work for you (typo, wrong service, etc.), unfortunately we can't refund — the number was used. We're transparent about pricing upfront for this reason.

Crypto payments

Which crypto do you accept?+

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), USDT (ERC20/TRC20/BEP20), USDC, TRX, SOL, BNB, TON, DOGE, BCH, DASH, and more via Plisio.

How long do crypto payments take to confirm?+

BTC: usually 1-2 confirmations (~20-40 min). LTC: 1-3 minutes. Tron-based USDT: under a minute. ETH: 1-3 minutes. Once confirmed, your balance is credited instantly.

Is there a minimum top-up?+

$5 USD minimum for both card and crypto top-ups. No maximum.

Privacy & data

Do you log SMS content?+

Received messages are visible in your dashboard for 30 days, then auto-purged. You can delete any message manually at any time. We don't share or sell message data.

Do you log IP addresses?+

We log IPs only for payment fraud prevention (Stripe webhook signature, Plisio IPN). Logs are retained for 90 days then deleted.

Can I use rapidsms anonymously?+

Use a privacy-respecting email (ProtonMail, Tutanota) and pay with Monero or another privacy coin. We don't ask for anything else.
