Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address (for login and refund notifications)
• Payment method metadata (last 4 of card, transaction IDs)
• Service / verification history (which services you've used)
• SMS content received on numbers you've reserved
• Request IP addresses (90-day retention, fraud prevention)

What we don't collect

• Government ID, real name, or address
• Phone numbers you own (we only assign you ours)
• Browsing data outside our site

How long we keep it

Received SMS messages are auto-deleted 30 days after receipt. You can delete any message immediately from your dashboard. Verification history is kept indefinitely for your records but contains no PII. Payment records are kept 7 years for tax and accounting.

Third parties

We share data only with our service providers: Supabase (auth/database), Stripe (card payments), Plisio (crypto payments), and TextVerified (number provisioning). We never sell data and never share it with advertisers or analytics brokers.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@rapidsms.eu. Deletion is processed within 7 days. Payment records may be retained for tax compliance.
